How does Planza work?
Planza is a vendor discovery platform that connects you with verified event professionals. Browse vendors by category, read reviews, and request free quotes. Our vendors respond quickly so you can compare options and book with confidence.
Is it free to request quotes?
Yes, requesting quotes is completely free with no obligations. You can request quotes from multiple vendors and choose the one that best fits your needs and budget.
How are vendors verified?
Every vendor on Planza goes through a multi-step verification process. We verify their business registration, portfolio, client references, and insurance. We also monitor ongoing reviews to maintain quality standards.
What types of events do you cover?
We cover all types of events including birthday parties, corporate events, baby showers, anniversaries, housewarmings, family gatherings, graduation parties, proposals, engagements, festive celebrations, and more. Our vendor categories include event planners, photographers, caterers, decorators, venues, makeup artists, entertainers, and experience curators.
How quickly will I receive quotes?
Most vendors respond within 2 hours of receiving your request. During peak season, it may take slightly longer, but we ensure all requests receive responses within 24 hours.
Can I see reviews from previous clients?
Yes, every vendor profile includes ratings and review counts from verified clients. We ensure all reviews are authentic and from real events.

For Vendors

How do I list my business on Planza?
Simply fill out our vendor application form on the 'Become a Vendor' page. Our team will review your application and get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved, you can set up your profile, add photos, and start receiving quote requests.
Is there a fee to join Planza?
We offer a free basic listing for all verified vendors. Premium features such as featured placement, analytics, and priority lead access are available through our paid plans. Contact us for pricing details.
What categories can I list under?
We currently support 8 categories: Event Planners, Photography, Makeup & Styling, Decor & Themes, Venues & Spaces, Catering & Food, Entertainment, and Experiences. If your service does not fit these categories, select 'Other' and we will work with you to find the right placement.
How do I respond to quote requests?
When a client submits a quote request, you will receive an email notification with their details. You can then reach out to the client directly with your customised quote and availability.

Payments & Policies

Does Planza handle payments?
Currently, payments are handled directly between clients and vendors. Planza facilitates the discovery and quoting process. We plan to introduce secure in-platform payments in the future.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policies vary by vendor and are outlined in each vendor's terms. We recommend discussing cancellation terms directly with your chosen vendor before booking.
How do I report an issue with a vendor?
If you experience any issues, contact us at events.planza@gmail.com or call +91 76809 12647. Our support team investigates all complaints and takes appropriate action to maintain platform quality.
