1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Planza Events platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Description of Service
Planza Events is an online marketplace that connects event planners and clients ("Clients") with event service providers ("Vendors") in Hyderabad, India. We facilitate discovery, communication, and quote requests between Clients and Vendors. Planza Events does not directly provide event services.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate event details when requesting quotes, communicate respectfully with vendors, and honour any agreements made directly with vendors. Planza Events is not a party to contracts between Clients and Vendors and is not liable for any disputes arising from such agreements.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date business information, respond to quote requests promptly, provide honest pricing, and deliver services as described. Vendors must hold all necessary licences, permits, and insurance required for their services. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality of services they provide.
6. Verification & Reviews
Planza Events verifies vendor information to the best of our ability but does not guarantee the accuracy of vendor profiles. Reviews are provided by users and represent their personal experiences. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines.
7. Payments
All payments for event services are made directly between Clients and Vendors. Planza Events does not process, hold, or guarantee any payments. We recommend Clients and Vendors agree on payment terms in writing before services are rendered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Planza Events is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, interactions with other users, or services provided by Vendors. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Planza Events in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Planza Events platform are owned by or licensed to Planza Events. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Planza Events a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our services.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
